This is the opportunity for you. APPLY NOW!!! The Program Director is the key administrator responsible for all aspects of the program.
You will report directly to the owners and will work with the medical director, clinical director and all clinical and support staff to ensure the program is in compliance, running well and on target with financial expectations.
Your focus is the business side of a successful intensive outpatient clinical program. RESPONSIBILITIES Program Development & Oversight Designing Programs : Assist in developing and implementing the program that meet the needs of clients suffering from mental & behavioral health challenges.
Evaluating Programs : Continuously assess the effectiveness of programs and adjust as needed to improve outcomes. Compliance : Ensure that all programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards (e.
g., Joint Commission, CARF). Team Leadership & Staff Management Staff Supervision : Oversee the work of the administrative and support staff and assist the Clinical Director in supervising the clinical staff.
Training & Development : Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff members. Performance Evaluations : Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and implement improvement plans when necessary.
Client Care & Treatment Coordination Crisis Management : Assist the clinical team with escalated cases or emergencies within the program.
Client Satisfaction : Ensure that clients and their families are satisfied with the treatment services provided. Administrative Duties Budgeting : Manage the program’s budget, including resource allocation and financial reporting.
Reporting : Prepare reports for senior management and other stakeholders, summarizing program outcomes, operational challenges, and financial performance.
Scheduling : Coordinate scheduling for group sessions, therapy appointments, and other program-related activities. Quality Assurance Client Outcomes : Measure and analyze client outcomes to ensure high-quality care Accreditation : Ensure the program maintains necessary accreditations and licenses, staying current with all required certifications.
QUALIFICATIONS : Master’s degree preferred, but not required Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a management position or demonstrated leadership role Two or more years of budget experience and program planning preferred but not required Knowledge of mental illness, dual diagnosis, and evidenced based treatment options Knowledge of crisis intervention and the ability to support staff in protocols to ensure safety for clients and staff.
