What You’ll Do :

• Assist in the development and review of both pre-bid and post-award CPM schedules.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams to build project narratives that align with production and budget.
• Keep MS Project schedules up-to-date by coordinating monthly progress with project teams.
• Collaborate with external Project Schedule Consultants on deadlines and revisions.
• Attend schedule review meetings and maintain detailed meeting minutes.
• Help develop RFPs and proposal schedules for new preconstruction and bid opportunities.
• Travel occasionally to project sites throughout Massachusetts to assist project teams.
