Position Summary
The main function for personnel in these positions is to fulfill customer orders through accurate and efficient picking, packing and / or shipping of product, while ensuring that product is protected during shipment to Key Surgical customers, according to the methods described on the purchase order.
The Order Fulfillment Specialist position is also responsible for performing a final inspection on orders and ensuring the accuracy of each order in terms of correct part numbers, quantities, traceability, and shipping information.
Additionally, this position is responsible for keeping the shipping and Finished goods areas properly stocked and maintained with the necessary supplies and equipment.
Duties
- Effectively meet the packing and shipping requirements of both external and internal customers
- Communicate relevant information to the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that customers’ orders are handled appropriately
- Follow the operating procedures and work instructions relating to order picking, shipping, and handling of Key Surgical products
- Understand and comply with the quality system requirements in respect to the job requirements and understand the impact this position has on both the customer and quality
- Provide feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor to continuously improve the quality of product packaging and shipping

7. Stock product shelves and maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
8. Assist with scheduled inventory counting exercises
9. Recognize nonconforming product and services and inform the Warehouse Supervisor to initiate appropriate actions.
10. Ensure that all shipping feedback is shared with the Warehouse Supervisor
Education Degree
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
Prior shipping experience strongly preferred
Computer experience required
Handheld scanner / warehouse management experience preferred
