Responsibilities

• Market and showcase homes effectively to attract potential buyers promptly in White Plains, NY, US
• Collaborate closely with Buyers’ Agents to skillfully negotiate contracts until closing
• Organize and conduct open houses while coordinating all home inspections and showings efficiently
• Develop a compelling listing presentation for the seller, highlighting the home’s key selling points and determining the asking price
• Provide support to clients on closing days by being present during the final stages of the home-buying process when necessary
• Implement lead follow-up strategies effectively
• Execute successful database campaigns to reach potential clients
• Schedule and conduct listing appointments professionally
• Close listings with precision and attention to detail
• Utilize listings strategically to maximize sales opportunities
• Master sales scripts to enhance communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication abilities are essential for success in this role
