Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong HVAC, plumbing, or industrial piping installation background, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and assemble various piping systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and industrial piping, ensuring each project meets the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with Piping Foremen and other trade professionals to complete installations within time and budget constraints.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
- Follow all safety protocols and building regulations, ensuring compliance with local codes and promoting a safe working environment.
- Conduct on-site assessments to troubleshoot potential installation challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work area, ensuring optimal use of tools and materials.
- Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to streamline installation processes and improve overall project flow.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in piping installation, with a strong focus on HVAC, plumbing, or industrial piping systems.
- Ability to precisely read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Proven problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and other trades.
- A stable local work history reflects a commitment to the craft and the San Diego area.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local site travel.
