Overview
The Data Entry Clerk Remote worker provides effectivecoordination by uploading service requests into the Hotel database.Communicates with IPA and Providers to ensure timely accessiblecare / services to members.
Reports directly to the Lead Coordinatorunder the guidance of the manager. The Data Entry Clerk adheres toour policies and procedures.

Duties andResponsibilities :
- Ability to use office equipment such ascomputer terminal copier calculator fax machine multiextensiontelephone paging system and documentscanner.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft OutlookExcel Word also Microsoft SAP experience is aplus.
- Must be a team player have strongcustomer service skills.
- Must be selfmotivatedand have positive energy.
- Must also have goodinterpersonal and leadership skills and a willing positiveattitude.
- Must be a constant contributor toimprovement of processes and daily jobfunctions.
- Subject to varying assignmentsincluding assisting other departments asneeded.
- Prolonged extensive or considerablestanding / walking at times
- Must be able to reachstoop bend or crouch to complete tasks.
- Manualdexterity and mobility
- Must be focused on thetask at hand.
- Can be fast paced environmentduring busy seasons.
Minimum JobRequirements :
- Highschool graduate or GED equivalent
- 1year ofexperience in data entry
- Ability to type 45words per minute (WPM)
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office programs especially Word andExcel
- Strong attention to detail andaccuracy
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work independentlywith minimal supervision
- Strong written andverbal communication skills
- Ability toprioritize tasks and meet deadlines
