Duties and responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
- Payroll
- Manage the organization’s employee records to assure accuracy, integrity, and security of the data.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.
- Assist with onboarding and processing corporate staff; ensuring inductions, code of conduct, and all introductory tasks are carried out in time.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Provide reports and data analysis across a range of HR metrics as needed
Qualifications required :
- 4-year college degree bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management or related fields
- 5+ Years Experience in Human Resource Management
- In-depth knowledge of New Jersey and California and federal employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Responsible for all PR communications as necessary
- High degree of professionalism, ethics and personal integrity to maintain confidentiality and handle documents with sensitivity.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.
Pay : $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
