Duties and responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Payroll
  • Manage the organization’s employee records to assure accuracy, integrity, and security of the data.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.
  • Assist with onboarding and processing corporate staff; ensuring inductions, code of conduct, and all introductory tasks are carried out in time.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide reports and data analysis across a range of HR metrics as needed

Qualifications required :

  • 4-year college degree bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management or related fields
  • 5+ Years Experience in Human Resource Management
  • In-depth knowledge of New Jersey and California and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Responsible for all PR communications as necessary
  • High degree of professionalism, ethics and personal integrity to maintain confidentiality and handle documents with sensitivity.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.

Pay : $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
