We are looking for a Line Cook to make sure the restaurant's food meets our standards and is served in a timely manner. Reliable person to work on a fast paced team, one year kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Ability to be organized and multi-tasking with attention to detail. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation of the line
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
