We are a Defense / Aerospace parts manufacturing and processing facility. Our specialties include the production of sheet metal and machined parts, value-added kits for our customers, and assemblies.

We are accredited by Nadcap for Chemical Processing, Aluminum Heat Treating, Prime and Topcoat Painting, and Resistance and Fusion Welding.

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled painter to join our manufacturing facility’s paint department. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting non-critical aerospace parts for various customers, working in a paint booth utilizing an HVLP paint gun.

Job Duties :

• Knowledge of specific paint types and paint processes
• Ability to adjust paint guns and mix paint correctly
• Experience with top coat application
• Proficiency in viscosity measurements
• Utilize HVLP paint gun
• Mix paint according to job specifications
• Ensure quality and precision
• Paint small components used for sub-assemblies

Shift and Pay :

• 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
• Schedule : Monday-Thursday (Friday OT as needed, usually 6 AM - 12 PM)
• Pay : $20-$25 / hr (Depending on experience)
• Must be willing to work overtime when required

Position Requirements :

• HVLP gun experience
• Extensive knowledge in paint types and mixing processes

Performance Expectations :

• Fast-paced, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
• Ability to maintain high quality
