We areseeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representativeto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible forproviding outstanding customer service to our patients addressingtheir inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with ourhealthcare services.
KeyResponsibilities :
Patient Interaction : Greet andassist patients over the phone and via email with inquiries aboutappointments billing and generalinformation.
Appointment Scheduling : Schedule andconfirm patient appointments ensuring efficient use of clinicresources.
Billing and Insurance : Assist patientswith billing questions process payments and verify insuranceinformation.
Record Management : Maintain accuratepatient records and update information asneeded.
Problem Resolution : Address and resolvepatient complaints and issues promptly andprofessionally.
Communication : Provide clear andconcise information to patients regarding their healthcare servicesand any necessary preparations.
Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff toensure seamless patient care.
Compliance : Adhereto all healthcare regulations and company policies to ensurepatient confidentiality and datasecurity.
Requirements
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education orcertification in healthcare administration is aplus.
Experience : Minimum of 12 years of customerservice experience preferably in a healthcaresetting.
Skills :
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
Proficiency in using healthcaremanagement software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
Ability to handle sensitive informationwith confidentiality.
