A well-established organisation based in Durham is looking for a motivated and experienced Administrator for an exciting opportunity working as part of a busy, friendly admin team on a full time, temporary basis.
This role is available for an immediate start.The Administrator will assist in the achievement of business objectives by working with the Senior PA, the administration team, and the wider management team on supporting internal processes, projects and initiatives striving towards continuous improvements across the department.
This includes supporting with diary management, ensuring officepliance, greeting visitors, supporting with invoices and internal processing, as well as providing administrative support for new projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous admin experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Admin Qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience of effective note and minute taking.
- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Professionalism and ability to interact effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-organised and efficient.
- Flexible & responsive.
- Excellent attention to detail.
