GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES : Responsible for enthusiastically promoting all aspects of the Caesars Rewards program and its benefits.

The Caesars Rewards Representative will also assist with promoting, administrating and coordinating casino promotions and special events.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : (Includes, but is not limited to the

• Provide exceptional Family Style Service that includes welcoming all guests to the Caesars Rewards Center
• Maintain sufficient knowledge to effectively and enthusiastically promote all aspects of the Caesars Rewards Program and its benefits
• Facilitate and process new player accounts, duplicate player’ cards, redemption of coupons and promotional offers
• Provide information regarding promotions, marketing, events and the properties to guests
• Update and assist in the maintenance of an accurate player data base
• Perform all duties and functions of a Caesars Rewards Representative as assigned
• Report any irregularities, suspicious acts, or unusual persons observed on property
• Perform certain computer functions on the AS400 and CMS computer systems
• Maintain inventory of marketing / gaming supplies
• Data entry using a keyboard
• Safeguard company assets within the Slot / Marketing Department
• Other job related duties as assigned

GUEST SERVICE STANDARDS : Employee is required to meet the following Service Standards :

• Smile, make eye contact and offer a welcoming greeting (. Good Morning May I help you? How are you today? with every guest interaction.
• Use your guest’s name, offer a personal or special touch such as explaining the benefits of Caesars Rewards, complimenting your guests, engaging your guests in conversation, displaying enthusiasm, sincerity & energy.
• Proactively offer assistance, provide a friendly explanation to your guest for every guest interaction.
• Conclude every guest interaction with friendly, positive departing words (. Good Luck! Have Fun! Have a great time Is there anything else I can do for you?

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS : Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Excellent communication and guest relation’s skills. Exceptional guest service orientation.

Skill in establishing and maintaining positive and effective working relationships with staff and other departments. Ability to deal with disgruntled or difficult guest situations in a tactful, diplomatic, and composed manner.

Familiar with AS400 computer player tracking system and Slot monitoring system. Knowledge of The ROW promotions and amenities.

Must be able to follow instructions, meet time requirements, understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Ability to perform simple tasks, reading, writing and math.

Regular, predictable attendance required, flexibility in scheduling.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Education : High school education or equivalent required.

Experience : 1 year of guest service experience.

Certificate / License : Gaming Work Card

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS : Work is performed in a booth setting and in open casino areas, which may be unusually, hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or brightly illuminated.

Constant contact with guests and staff, as well as extensive computer use.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL / MENTAL DEMANDS : (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position). Requires mobility to include seldom sitting, reaching overhead from floor to 6 ft.

crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, balancing, pushing / pulling, lifting / carrying up to 30 lbs.; occasional bending over, frequent standing, walking, repetitive use of both hands to include light and firm grasping and finger dexterity.

Requires the ability to make frequent / accurate promotional / monetary transactions (such as coupons, clothing, and any items used for the benefit of Silver Legacy guests).

Requires the use of Club Legacy equipment such as computer, printer, telephone, radio, and keyboard. Requires the ability to distinguish numbers, letters, and symbols.

Requires normal vision range and hearing.
