A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processes and support operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve payroll variances by analyzing data sets and perform quality audits
Monitor and respond to team email inbox and assist with CRM case triage
Prepare reports and support training and development of Payroll Operations staff
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; Bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical roles
Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
Ability to navigate multiple applications and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
