The Healthcare Facility is looking for a Maintenance Director. Looking for someone with experience in applicable building systems, including mechanical, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Must have experience supervising a maintenance crew. This is both a hands-on and administrative position.
Inspects facility, regularly to ensure that all physical aspects of the community are fully functional at all times.
