Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier I / II support to end users and prioritize service requestsBuild, deploy, and support end user desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesMaintain accurate inventory of computer hardware and software assetsRequired QualificationsHigh School degree or equivalent experience1 to 3 years of experience in servicing / troubleshooting IT equipmentMicrosoft certifications and ITIL V3 certification desiredWorking knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePointWillingness to be on-call for occasional night and / or weekend support
