We are seeking a Property Accountant who wants to be part of our success and join our commercial property management team.

Property Accountant Responsibilities : Monthly invoicing for tenants, customers for multiple real estate properties Process accounts payable Print checks and mail upon receiving signature Answering vendor inquiries in place of management Processing of bank deposits Responsible for bookkeeping for sizable real estate portfolio Conduct financial research into opportunities to increase revenue / decrease expenses Variation analysis identify and implement process improvements Property Accountant Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting a plus 2-3 year’s accounting experience Yardi Premier or Voyager a plus, if not similar real estate software package Excellent PC skills including Intermediate Excel Must have excellent communications skills to interact with multiple levels of staff and management Must have ability to multi-task and handle high volume of varied responsibilities, accurately and professionally Must be very accurate and detail-oriented Experience in Commercial Property accounting function Keywords : Yardi, Accountant, Commercial Property management, Yardi, Accountant, Commercial Property management, Yardi, Accountant, Property management, Yardi, Accountant, Property management, Yardi, Accountant, Property management, Voyager, Bookkeeper #LI-DNI Powered by JazzHR
