LHH is looking for an SAP Ariba ERP Implementation Specialist for a 1-year contract job opportunity in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has a strong background in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) indirect procurement, with a proven track record in ERP implementations specifically involving SAP Ariba.

This role demands robust analytical capabilities and expertise in Power BI and Excel for data-driven decision-making and reporting.

This position is hybrid - working in-office 3 days / week.

Responsibilities :

Partner with the Procurement team to support all phases of the SAP Ariba ERP implementation, from planning to testing and go-live.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration with current systems.

Provide expertise in MRO indirect procurement, ensuring that SAP Ariba configurations align with business requirements and procurement best practices.

Develop, monitor, and analyze key metrics and reports related to procurement, using Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data visualization and decision support.

Conduct system testing, identify issues, and troubleshoot errors during implementation, collaborating with SAP Ariba support as needed.

Train and guide users on SAP Ariba functionalities, creating user guides and training documentation.

Regularly update stakeholders on project status, timelines, and any identified risks or mitigation actions.

Support post-implementation review and optimize system processes as required.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

3+ years' experience in MRO indirect procurement within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated experience in an SAP Ariba ERP implementation, with a strong understanding of procurement workflows and processes.

Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and report generation.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis for complex reporting.

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Pay Details : $36.00 to $38.00 per hour
