Full-Time Position ADW Architects, a leading architecture firm based in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC, seeks a creative, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing Coordinator.
This role will primarily support the firm's proposal production and management, alongside other marketing initiatives, to help drive our continued growth.

You will lead key proposal and pursuit efforts by developing and managing compelling marketing collateral to drive business growth.
Your ability to organize, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential for this role. You will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of RFPs, proposals, and other marketing materials that showcase ADW Architects’ unique capabilities.
Your writing and strategic skills will help ensure that all communications whether for proposals, social media, or internal purposes are impactful and aligned with our brand.
In addition to proposal coordination, you will oversee website updates, social media efforts, and project database upkeep and assist in conference coordination.
You will work closely with our leadership to ensure marketing efforts support the firm’s goals and growth. Key Responsibilities : Proposal and Pursuit Production and Management (75%) - Lead and manage the coordination, writing, editing, and production of proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Guide proposal strategy, including go / no-go decisions and pursuit planning. - Collaborate with leadership to ensure proposals meet client needs and deadlines.
- Maintain and update proposal boilerplate and sector-specific content. - Support strategy and preparation for project interviews and presentations.
Social Media (10%) - Develop and manage social media content to showcase firm achievements, projects, and initiatives. - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Website Maintenance (5%) - Regularly update website content with new project information, team news, and events. Project Database Upkeep (5%) - Maintain and organize the firm’s marketing database, ensuring all project and proposal information is current.
Conference Assistance (5%) - Assist in planning and coordinating industry conferences, events, and speaking engagements.
Essential Skills & Attributes : - Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely across different mediums.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Bonus : Strong graphic design skills. Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, or a related field - OR 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- 3 years of proposal experience in the Arch / Eng / Construction (AEC) industry. - Familiarity with AEC industry standards and processes for proposals.
