Description
Supervises supply distribution, receiving and shipping activities for the organization. Coordinates department workflow, purchases and expedites all inventories supplies.
Controls inventory and maintains the Materials Management Information System. (MMIS) Analyzes purchasing, completes forecasts, and coordinates transportation and inventory management functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Education and Training
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP) certification preferred.
- At least four years of equivalent Materials Management experience may be considered / accepted without degree.
Experience
- Two years experience in Supply Chain role of analytics, and inventory management.
- Leadership experience strongly preferred.
- General understanding of mail receipt and distribution.
- Health care experience preferred.
