Duties :
Transplant Call screening / accepting / declining deceased donorkidneys
Collaborate w / the oncall Transplant Coordinator to bringtransplant candidate in for potentialtransplant
Rounding on transplant patients in the hospital less than 90 daysfrom transplant in collaboration w / the TransplantNephrologist.
Collaborate w / IP staff Tx Nephrologist & Tx NP can assistw / IP throughput (Transplant admin & coordinators canassist in navigating transplant candidate throughout.
Coordinatorscall patients in for transplants but do not triage sick calls onacutetransplant.
