Join Cherry Bekaert as a Client Support Liaison and help us keep making a difference for our people and our clients. This role will assist our clients, both internal and external, by facilitating communication and exchange of documents.

This is an in-office position.

As a Client Support Liaison Associate, you will :

• Client Communication : Request supporting documentsFollow up for signed engagement letters, consents, and e-file formsPoint of contact for non-technical matters
• Manager Assistance : Rolling tax returns in Axcess & Engagement BindersSaving documents to Engagement & SP BindersPreparing PBC & Open Items ListsAssist with e-file rejectionsRoute extension workflowsSubmission of Engagement Letters for preparation
• Due Date Reporting Schedule meetings with managers to review Due Date ListsAnalyze Data (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Create nonstandard reports by request
• Tax Caddy Support Account managementReporting of incoming documentsMove workflows into process based on % of documents received
• Local Office Support Print, bind, and process paper deliverablesScan and upload documents to appropriate file servers and repositoriesServe as a backup resource for various local tasks, including reception desk coverage.

What you bring to the table :

• High school diploma or GED, required
• Some college preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills preferred

The range for this position is $ to $ per hour. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
