Loan Processor

Vaco is currently hiring for a Loan Specialist / Processor for our client in Waukesha, WI. This is a temporary-to-hire role.

Must live in the area, as it is onsite full-time.

Top things they will be handling :

• Review & check-back consumer loan documents, ensuring that all mortgages and titles are compliant.
• Assist with the force placement of insurance.
• Scan and verify HMDA withdrawn / denied loans.
• Scan incoming loan documents into the bank’s system of record - insurance changes, address changes, deceased notices, etc.
• Monitor property tax installment payments & maintain the Delinquent Taxes Spreadsheet
• Monitor and maintain the Loan File Room
• Assist Loan Servicing Department with incoming calls delivering customer service excellence while assisting with inquiries, updates, and problem resolution.
• Calculate payoffs as requested by internal and external customers.
• Distribute the department’s daily reports & incoming mail.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
