Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second tier product application support to customers via phone and emailResearch and resolve complex customer issues, escalating as necessaryParticipate in development project teams and assist with quality assurance testingRequired Qualifications2 or more years of applicable work experienceHigh School Diploma or GED required;
