Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Assist guests with menu selection and provide recommendations
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area
- Deliver food and beverages to guests' tables
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Requirements :
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Understanding of social cues and self-awareness
