To date, more than 35 clients have issued over 15 million cards using my client’s platform. The company employs over 1,700 professionals, with more than 70% in technology roles, spread across the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia.

My client has raised $280 million from investors including Softbank Vision Fund 2 and Mastercard, with a valuation of $1.5 billion.

About the Role :

In this role, you will lead complex client implementations, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver credit card solutions for medium to large-sized banks in the US.

This position offers the opportunity to interact directly with clients and play a crucial role in program planning, execution, and governance, ensuring the success of each program and contributing significantly to the organization’s revenue and growth.

You will collaborate with a small team of Solution Engineers, Program Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Quality Assurance professionals, and other key functions.

Responsibilities :

Planning and Strategy : Collaborate with client counterparts to understand the overall program scope, timelines, and potential bottlenecks.

Develop a high-level strategy and plan to implement the Tachyon platform and migrate existing bank volumes onto the Tachyon Core.

Program Execution and Governance : Contribute significantly to the overall execution of the program. Ensure adherence to all processes, identify risks in advance, develop mitigation plans, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Participate in daily and weekly cadences and governance calls with senior client counterparts.

  • Liaison with Product Teams : Work closely with various product and release engineering teams to assess the scope of changes required for a solution, and determine an optimal release date for all business requirements.
  • Platform Understanding : Develop a deep understanding of the Tachyon platform and its functional and technical capabilities, including product and policy configurations, integration mechanisms, and data migration.

Engage hands-on with the platform, including APIs, to gain first-hand knowledge.

Stakeholder Management : Work closely with both external (clients, vendors) and internal (solution engineers, data engineers, product teams) stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of program implementation.

Address any issues or escalations reported by clients or vendors.

  • Training : Complete the training curriculum to build your understanding of the Tachyon Platform and its various modules.
  • Pre-Sales Assistance : Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams during the sales process with domain knowledge and implementation expertise.

Skills :

  • Experience managing and delivering large cross-functional programs from inception to launch.
  • Prior experience in credit card implementations, especially in client-facing roles with medium to large clients, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts related to SaaS offerings, cloud (AWS), APIs, etc.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and manage the expectations of senior executives both internally and externally.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and adapt to new and evolving project demands.

Experience and Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in Technology and Delivery.
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Systems).
