A law firm in Chicago is actively seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in commercial transactions. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and maintain an active State of Illinois and / or Missouri Law license in good standing.
Duties :
- Provide legal counsel and representation in a variety of commercial transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Conduct due diligence and legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Advise clients on business and legal risks associated with commercial transactions.
