Job Title : General Labor
Location : Neenah
Note : This position will start at 25-30 hours but grow into FT 40 hours / week.

Key Responsibilities :
- Shoveling chips onto a conveyor belt, requiring stamina and physical strength.
- Sorting chips on a tube screen to ensure product quality.
- Transporting sorted chips to a box for drying.
- Climbing a 6-foot ladder regularly as part of your daily tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Physical capability to handle strenuous work, especially with shoveling.
- Quick learner, with the ability to take on new tasks .
- Willingness to work with machinery and learn how the equipment operates.
- A strong sense of initiative, with the desire to advance and take on new responsibilities over time.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or a willingness to learn.
