Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management abilities, with the capability to navigate complex projects, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.

Compensation :

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Produce a written proposal for homeowners, including a bid for the project costs
  • Discuss project costs with the client and help the project manager plan out the day-to-day building project process
  • Purchase any needed project equipment and supplies and promptly reorder items when the stock gets depleted
  • Incorporate client feedback during the building process and help the construction crew and subcontractors execute change orders
  • Maintain a daily logbook to document all occurrences throughout the construction process for the project manager and homeowners

Qualifications :

  • OSHA 30 certification and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site
  • General contractor's license required
  • Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Has basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Physical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipment
