Overview Schedule : Monday - Friday : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm / (exact hours may vary) Position Summary : The Senior Administrative Assistant will will provide support to the Transplantation and Cellular Therapy faculty, as well as provide cross coverage for administrative colleagues and support to the CBDI Operations Team.

It provides an advanced level of administrative complex organizational responsibilities, including heavy calendar management, scheduling travel and arranging meetings.

The level of support requires a good understanding of the executives' organization, along with the business knowledge to communicate and work effectively with the executive's organization and clients.

Minimum Experience : 3+ year's professional office experience. Advanced secretarial and administrative experience required.

Meeting and event planning support preferred. Minimum Education : High school graduate. Bachelor's preferred. Pay Scale Information $46,800.

00-$80,850.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
