While AV / VTC installations are a requirement, this team will also be responsible for deploying new equipment, primarily projectors and video conferencing hardware.
We are seeking motivated individuals looking to utilize their AV / VTC experience to serve our armed forces. This is a newly awarded program with critical deliverable we must achieve by determined milestone dates.
Our goal is to build a team of problem solving, collaborative techs.

Top Skills Details
Candidates must have an active TOP Secret clearance SCI eligibility important but not necessary
1. 2+ years experience as an AV / VTC Technician installing & wiring system components (sounds boards, projectors, stereo systems, digital boards, etc)
2. 2+ years experience utilizing hands & power tools to solder, crimp, and terminate cat 5,6 cable and other AV systems components
3. Proven experience interpreting electronic schematics, architectural blueprints, and hardware fabrication
External Communities Job Description
While AV / VTC installations are a requirement, this team will also be responsible for gathering Intel around current state, speaking with end users on base about issues, or current processes.
Based on the Intel our team collects, the ARMY will review, and recommend new best practices that we will install and monitor throughout the program.
Each individual joining this team will play a highly important, ultra-visible part in The ARMY's plans to, build and implement a standardized, innovative, and agile AV / VTC solution.

Work Environment
This individual will be working on post at FT Gordon full time. Typical ARMY installation.
This will be a very disciplined, mission first environment. Our client has found the veterans, military spouses, and or athletes typically thrive in this type of team environment.

- Minor programming capability, changes and / or troubleshooting as required
- Must be able to lift and / or move up to 60 pounds, be able to climb ladders up to
20 feet tall and be able to work in small spaces and on uneven surfaces.
