Responsibilities : -Manage a diverse caseload of estate litigation matters

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Communicate regularly with clients, partners, and other attorneys on case updates
• Collaborate with team members on complex cases and provide guidance to paralegals and support staff Requirements : -Must be admitted to the New York bar
• Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in estate litigation
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
