Job Opening : Manufacturing Production AssociateThe Bug Company is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Manufacturing Production Associate.
This position plays a crucial part in the operational success of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of critical tasks designed to ensure the quality and efficiency of our production processes.
As this is an active and engaging role within our production facility, this job requires in-person attendance at our location.
Shift
Sunday - Thursday 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm
Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily production of insect products.
- Follow established procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of products.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on product to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a production, line work, or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to count to 100.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
