Job Summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full-time Program Analyst II for our Bridgeton, MO facility. This position will develop plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program.

They will be supporting engineering development and sustainment activities which include product upgrades and repairs both CONUS and OCONUS.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program.
• Status, track, and manage infield repairs and retrofit actions.
• Support the program manager through data analytics to better track key program metrics.
• Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements.
• Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare briefing material to support program meetings and presentations.
• Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics.
• Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate; assist with proposal efforts.
• Direct, lead, and organize small project teams in support of the program to achieve key metrics.
• Develop Supplier Statements of Work for subcontractors.
• Track and ensure on-time delivery of key contractual document deliverables to the customer.
• May provide work leadership for lower-level employees.
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 5+ years directly related experience or equivalent combination of education / training and experience.

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
