SAFe Agile Coach

Key Role :

Help drive the transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks, including Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban.

Work to drive the adoption of the Agile mentality through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile life cycle management tools while coaching and mentoring team members.

Lead an ART launch from end-to-end, deliver SAFe training and workshops, including leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO and PM, and Values Stream Identification, help to bring standard methodologies into the organization, and partner closely with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run agile at scale, Integration and Continuous Development, DevOps, and automation.

Lead discussions with team leads and management while keeping the collective team focused and tracking on commitments, pace, and quality.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Experience with coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated agile transformation
  • Experience with designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks
  • Experience with supporting the Navy or DoD
  • Knowledge of Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools
  • Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization on Agile topics
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • SAFe 5.1 Program Consultant (SPC) Certification

Additional Qualifications :

  • Experience with supporting DoD Acquisition Category (ACAT) or Business Category (BCAT) programs
  • Experience in working with senior executive leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or other agile project management tools

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
