SENIORCORPORATERECRUITER (Permanent)
Ourclient an established and rapidly growing medical distributioncompany in WNY is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Recruiter tojoin their team.
This position reports directly to the VP of People&Culture.
Responsibilities :
Performfull cycle talent acquisition responsibilities sourcing andattracting the highest quality candidates for the company s openroles;
actively recruiting using various tools as well as reviewingand assessing resumes fromapplicants
- Actingas a strong partner to managers collaborate with hiring managers togain valuable knowledge into open roles team structureresponsibilities and inorder to create attractive job postings that are aligned withcompanyvalues / goals
- Qualifyresumes conduct initial interviews and set up interviews withhiringmanagers
- Guidehiring managers through the interview / hiring process to ensuresmooth experiences allaround
- Performall preemployment activities including but not limited tobackground checks reference calls new hire informationetc.
- Facilitateall preemployment activities between new hires andmanagers
- Regularlymaintain ATS system updating each candidate as they move throughthe interview / hiringprocess
- UtilizeATS system to draft offer letters onboard new employees and trackgrowth throughoutemployment
- Createand maintain internal and external relationships in order tonetwork effectively to meet D&I (Diversity &Inclusion) goals andobjectives
- Analyzeand assess effectiveness of the talent acquisition process offeringeducated recommendations for improvements and reative opportunitiesthat will cast a wider net to prospectiveemployees
- Developinternal networking programs to connect senior level team memberswith new employees creating opportunities for mentorship andgrowth
- Developand participate in employee events to foster a positive companyculture (i.e. CorporateChallenge)
- Workon specialprojects
- Workwell in a team environment as well asindependently
- Completespecial projects in a timelymanner
- Otherduties as assigned / asnecessary

- Positionis full time directhire
- Standardwork hours either 8 : 00am5 : 00pm EST or 8 : 30am5 : 30pmEST ;flexibility asneeded
- Hybrid(3 days in office / 2 days work fromhome)
- $80000$92000 base annually depending onexperience

- Bachelors degree
- 57years relative experience in CorporateRecruitment
- Stableemploymenthistory
- Highlevel of professionalism as well regularly interact withmanagement / leadership team as well as executiveteam
- Experiencerecruiting for all levels and types of roles (i.e. technical salesmarketing IT administrative accounting janitorialetc.)
- Minimalto no travel (possible only to local job fairs or if wants totravel with sales resp to really understand theroles)
- Strongcomputer skills specifically Microsoft Office & ATSsoftware
- Strongorganizational and time managementskills
- Strongcommunication and presentation skills; someone who is engaged
- Selfmotivated
