The SBLD Loan Specialist II facilitates the administration of the assigned loan department to not only service outside borrower needs but also the internal needs of our lenders, assistants, accounting, and other risk management functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares loan documentation.
- Lien perfection and release.
- Report reconciliation.
- Night End Processing for PCFS (core data system for SBA and USDA loans).
- Provides customer support to internal and external customers.
- Reviews electronic and physical files for eligibility, past dues, new loans, and repurchase packages.
- Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and / or Experience
- HS Diploma / GED.
- Two to four years of experience in Loan Administration.
Computer Skills
MS Office programs.
