Real Estate Partner Opportunity in Tampa!
Summary :
Jettison is representing a prestigious Tampa law firm is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Partner to join their dynamic team.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney to leverage their expertise and contribute to the firm's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead complex real estate transactions and development projects
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
- Oversee due diligence processes and title examinations
- Negotiate and draft sophisticated real estate contracts and agreements
- Mentor and develop junior attorneys in the real estate practice group
- Actively participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar
- 7-8 years of extensive experience in real estate law
- Proven track record of business development with a portable book of business (minimum $250,000 annually)
- Strong expertise in commercial real estate transactions, land use, and zoning matters
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively
