Job Responsibilities :
- Create, manage, review, and analyze scorecards
- Conduct reinforcement training
- Generate reports based on scorecards, call recordings, and phone training
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and BombBomb video portal
- Provide support for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
Requirements :
- Must be able to work onsite!
- Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience
- Call center experience is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
- Comfortable using Zoom for virtual interactions
- Previous automotive experience is beneficial
- Familiarity with call monitoring is advantageous (training available for the right candidate)
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Knowledge of CRM applications is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Contributes to the team's success by accomplishing related tasks as needed
