With Paragon, you and your team can focus on providing outstanding care for families while we handle the administrative work (obtaining referrals, verifying insurance, credentialing, billing, support, audits, and compliance).

Why Join Paragon?

Collaboration and Teamwork : Communicate, collaborate, and touch base with a wide variety of team members to ensure alignment of quality care and outcomes for clients.

Benefits : Employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits provided by Paragon BHC.

These benefits include health, dental, vision, short-term / long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, all of which are covered at 100% by the employer.

These benefits are offered through reputable providers such as United Health Care, Delta Dental, and Principal. Paragon extends health coverage to employees' families and pays the full health benefit premium for our employees and their family’s coverage.

This comprehensive benefit ensures that our staff have minimal deductions and are able to take home more of their full salary.
