Full-Time, Year-Round Housekeeper

Position Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and experienced housekeeper to join our full-time team. This role includes working some weekends and holidays, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional quality, reliability, and the ability to engage effectively with residents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform cleaning tasks according to Taylor's high standards, including wet mopping, vacuuming, dusting (both high and low surfaces), polishing, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals.
• Build positive relationships with residents.
• Receive training to support individuals with dementia.

Total Compensation :

• Competitive hourly rate in the Lakes region.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior housekeeping experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
