JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client, a global leader in manufacturing top-quality recreation equipment.
Job Summary :
This role will support the project management and supporting teams in fulfilling project related functions. You will be responsible for completing day to day operational tasks that are assigned to you.
You must be organized and have a strong ability to communicate details related to specific assignments or tasks. This is a temporary role and will last to the end of the year.
Responsibilities :
- Support Project Managers by completing, managing, driving, and closing out projects from sales handover to completion.
- Create and mail submittal and approval packets
- Coordinate work within company departments
- Assist with preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports
- Assist with part ordering for projects in the field
- Select and oversee subcontractors and vendors to complete specific pieces of the project
- Ensure project profitability
- Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner
- Communicate effectively inside and outside our organization so orders are correct, on time, and in budget
- Operate with a high degree of professionalism, commitment, urgency, and accountability
- Assist with proposals
- Work towards standardization of office forms.
- Documenting and distributing action items from team meetings
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1-year prior project coordination or customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task, delegate, listen, make decisions, and communicate
- Communicate oral and written information accurately, concisely, and appropriate to target audience
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure and within deadlines
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Competency with the Microsoft office suite and Selected Adobe software
- Excellent time management skills.
Compensation : $20 / hour
Job Type : Temporary
Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8 : 00-4 : 30
