Skills / Qualifications
Required :
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- Admitted to a state bar
- Minimum 2 years full-time relevant legal experience, focused on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy experience
- Strong litigation and transactional experiences
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet / internet
