Role : Shift Lead
Pay (not including tips + weekly bonus potential) : $13.50 - $15.50 per hour

What You Will Do
As a Shift Lead, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.
Your responsibilities include :
- Excelling in all roles within the restaurant, from cashier to grill and prep.
- Managing crew members and overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing the store.
- Ensuring food preparation standards are met, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.
- Upholding company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance.
- Motivating, coaching, and assisting in training crew members.
- Ensuring food quality and % customer satisfaction.
- Training to progress towards Assistant Manager or General Manager roles.
What You Bring to the Table
- Supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
- Open availability during 11am-10pm, including weekends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic business math, computer, and internet proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability in various situations.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods in hot or cold temperatures and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
