Position Description :

The Design Lead will be an integral part of the Marketing and Marketing Services teams and act as the single POC for all the design requirements in the company.

The candidate will be accountable for maintaining the company brand guidelines and story. The candidate will support ZenTrades' internal / external communications, sales, and recruitment marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities :

• Create compelling designs to support sales lead-generation activities such as social media ad campaigns, case studies, landing pages, and other collateral.
• Produce creative ideas and innovative designs with flyers, brochures, motion graphics, gifs, and social media posts to support recruitment marketing.
• Hands-on proven experience in video editing using Adobe Creative Suite or any other video editing software.
• Effectively translate the messaging into interactive and attractive designs for engaging the audiences of internal (existing employees) and external (potential employees and customers).
• Have the right attitude toward every assigned activity and project
• Work as a team member and not an individual contributor
• Be willing to take up additional responsibilities within the team
• The candidate will be involved with 60% of video graphics, 25% of image graphics, and 15 % of enhancing UI / IX

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of designing experience creating digital assets in a B2B environment.
• SaaS experience, preferably B2B.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other design tools
• Knowledge of UI / UX is preferred, and familiarity with video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Premiere Rush, and Vyond.
• Strong understanding of data visualization : infographics, charts, and graphs
• Computer proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite, PC accessories, email, Internet / web search, or equivalent products
• Ability to communicate fluently in an all-English business environment with a firm grasp of spelling and grammar
• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethic.

Educational Qualifications :

Any professional degree or diploma in Design / Fine Arts is good to have.

Note : You will be required to operate in the US time zone which is - 5 : 00 pm IST to 2 : 00 am IST from the Pune Location
