Lead crews and hold them accountable to production and safety standards.

Solve problems quickly and make confident decisions to keep jobs moving.

✅ Requirements

Fluent in Spanish & English (required)

Residential roofing knowledge + leadership experience required

• Clean driving record​

Tech-savvy with scheduling and project management tools

Detail-driven, disciplined, and structured in execution
