Hiring Concrete Estimators! You'll play a pivotal role in our projects' success. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and ensuring the seamless execution of our concrete projects.

Pay- 100K-160k DOE + Bonus and a comprehensive benefits package!

Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough estimates for concrete projects, considering all relevant factors.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate project planning.
- Review project documents and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to develop competitive and accurate bids.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the estimating process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and material availability to inform the estimating process.
- Provide guidance and support to junior estimators as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve estimating processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications :
- Must have 5+ years of experience in structural concrete estimating, with a focus on commercial concrete projects.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools, such as Bluebeam, Planswift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
