Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing customer relationship management (CRM) / loyalty administration tasks and configuration changes according to defined technical specifications.
It also includes gathering and documenting CRM / loyalty requirements as well as assisting in third-party vendor management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
- Develop and / or maintain required reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows, as well as working with other technical resources as required.
- Provide support for the Marketing Systems applications landscape and participate in cross-functional activities across supporting Information Technology (IT) departments and work with stakeholders.
- Provide support to ensure that the Marketing Systems application architecture evolves to meet changing business requirements and fits within the overall Tractor Supply application landscape.
- Review evolving CRM, product information management (PIM), and loyalty technologies, assess potential impact, and propose innovative solutions and / or enhancements to existing business processes.
- Identify and prioritize the implementation of application functionality and / or business process improvements.
- Maintain current knowledge of existing and emerging capabilities of CRM, PIM and loyalty through contact with peers and associates, as well appropriate training from vendors or other sources.
Required Qualifications
Experience : 5 8 years of work experience in a relational database environment. 1-2 years of project and management experience with demonstrated measurable results.
Exposure to Marketing, Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, Data Warehousing, and interfacing of business applications in a retail environment is preferred.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

- Ability to work with users to resolve issues and convert business requirements into technical solutions.

- General experience with writing technical specifications, technical design, and architecture.
