Role Overview :
- Spearhead strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality of technology implementations / operations
- Drive selection, operation, and integration of digital technologies.
- Lead the Digital IT and operational ERP team and engage in project management.
- Oversee development and deployment of digital manufacturing systems.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- 2+years of experience in manufacturing preferably consumer goods.
- Proven success in implementing enterprise digital initiatives.
- ERP implementation experience (preferably SAP)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient project management and leadership abilities.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
