About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Parry Labs PMO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of direct DOD contracts and / or internally funded efforts.

They will serve as both an individual contributor and sector lead within Parry’s Ground, C2, and Maritime Division, establishing PMO best practices, expanding use of PMO tools and media, and mentoring program teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Use core Program Management skills to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple programs.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the program.
  • Serve as the primary interface with external customer and ensure customer-satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all materials and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment on complex tasks.
  • Drive technical excellence by setting program standards and enabling execution.
  • Provide overall leadership and direction to an integrated product team.
  • Forecast financial performance and maximize award fee / profit.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions.
  • Support portfolio growth activities such as proposal development, quoting activities, and visiting customers.
  • Mentor, guide, and advise members of the Program Management Organization.
  • Assist in establishing internal goals and metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of DOD industry experience.
  • 10+ years of technical project or program management experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Clearance.
  • Skilled in MS Office products and MS Project.
  • Flexibility and resiliency in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with earned value management.
  • Preference for PMP certificate.
  • Preference for ability to support travel up to 30%.
