Fielding Administrator

Job Function : Primary focus of this onsite position is to support program management, leads, and team members. This will include documentation review, logistics databased, entry / management, inventory tracking, travel / expense reports, and management of program lists (distribution lists, organization chart, calendars, etc.), meetings and events

Position responsibilities primarily include the tasks below :

• Support the Logistics & Fielding team reviewing contract deliverable documentation for errors in formatting, content, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Database entry and management for logistic system information
• Assist in review of training materials and course conduct documentation used in fielding
• Overseeing shipping procedures and communicate with logistics staff
• Support for inventory management and record keeping
• Support team with travel coordination and arrangements and expense reports
• Support meeting coordination, scheduling and setup events
• Support Program Management team as required with files, meetings, customer coordination, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate must possess the following experience, competencies, and qualities :

• Minimum 4 years administrative support experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or other relevant work experience
• Sound judgment capability and discretion with confidential information
• Problem solving capabilities
• Strong reading and editorial skills
• Database entry and management
• Proficient in Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-starter who can organize assignments, prioritize tasks, and complete projects on time
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail required
• Must be a team player

Desired experience, competencies, and qualities :

• Using Visio or other diagramming tools to create / modify organizational hierarchies and flow charts
• Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA,
• Booking and managing travel reservations with various travel agencies
• Local travel to CESI facility in Orlando may be required 3-5 days a month
• Travel to off-site fielding locations is possible up to 10% of the time

Other Requirements : Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance.

Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
